- Review property from aerial photography
- Review utilty bills
- Meet with stakeholders to learn about their objectives, current situation and pre-existing conditions
- Provide 'rough' proposals for review with client
- Determine if 'rough' proposals would be actionable
- Perform formal site visit to make proposals exact
- Provide final proposals based on site visit
- Provide financing options if desired by client
(POST-SALE / IMPLEMENTATION)
- Prepare all rebate paperwork for client signature
- Submit rebate applications and follow-up with approvals
- Prepare drawings stamped by Professional Engineer to accompany Building Permit application
- Prepare building permit application for client signature
- Submit permit application and follow up on permit
- Order equipment and schedule installation
- Install, interconnect and commission system
- Obtain all needed inspections and underwriter's certificates
- Close out utility rebate process and request net meter from utility
- Close out building permit process
- File for all manufacturer's warranties
- Provide final documentation to client and walk-through of system and its displays
- Perform checkups on installed system to verify that system performs as designed and according to projections.
